There are many cheap subwoofers that give low end bass response and do not play the deepest as you expected.Well there are a three things you can do to help make your subs hit more harder.
1)Design your own unique subwoofer enclosure box that is either tube or slot ported. These two type of subwoofer enclosures are good for low end bass response and can play better deeper bass notes than a sealed box.The bad thing is you don't get that much sound quality because these ported boxes are made for spl which are usually tuned high above 40hz for competition. The bad think is you need more time and effort to build and design a ported sub box.
2)Change your tuning hz setting on your car amplifier to a lower bass frequency. If you want really deep bass then the recommended tuning to either 30,31,32,33,34 and 35 hz.But make sure your subwoofer enclosure is designed to play your chosen frequency that you have on you car amp.If its not then you can cause the sound to be muffled making it sound a load distortion which is bad.
3)The last and only way you can get more louder and deeper bass is to overpower the woofer.Doing this is not recommend my any car audio manufacture or brand buts its a risk worth taking on cheap subs.Get a car amp that is 100 rms watts more than the subwoofer rms wattage.Make sure you go by the rms rating as this is a more accurate number that shows how much power it can produce and take.
