1)What you can do is overpower the subwoofer more then what manufacturers rms watts recommend.Doing this sure guarantees to give you more bass for money.Overpowering will help your subs hit lower frequency's better especially in a ported/vented box.
2)If your subs are placed in a sealed type of enclosure then build a brand new custom enclosure that is ported.Placing your subs in a ported box will help your subwoofers hit much more harder and play louder in your car.
3)Turn up the bass on your car head unit can help get a little boost of volume and bass.
4)Get a better battery that can handle more bass abuse.I recommend getting a deep cycle battery because these types of battery's can handle more strain for your car audio's amplifier.
5)Getting a better ground by sanding down the excess paint on the car insides body work and thicker gauge wire for your ground and 12 volt power can sure give you a thumper in your boot.Its cheaper to get some separate 0 gauge wire and terminals then buying a pre made amp wiring kit.
