How to warm up your car subwoofer for cold weather

Why warm up your car subwoofer and amplifier up?
Warming up your car audio equipment is necessary because cold weather can reduce air pressure produced by a subwoofer because of the temperature being so cold.Reduced air pressure means less bass pressure which means your sub is not working to its full potential.Freezing cold weather does hurt a subwoofer and because of cold weather your sub can reduce the bass response which is a no no!!

How to warm up your subwoofers
Get in your car and turn on the car head unit, insert a cd and play some music with hard hitting bass notes for about 5 minutes at low volume not loud!I say at low volume because this will loosen up the voice coil and loosen up the spider. If this is not done then you can risk or cause damage to your subwoofer. After about 5 minutes its safe to start bumping your music to a higher volume level because you have loosen the spider and voice coil up.
