Yes its possible to unlock your d600/e without using any tools and software. You can now unlock the Samsung d600 for free using a unlocking code. Below is instructions on how to unlock a Samsung d600 and make it sim free yourself:
1)Unlocking the d600 is dead easy! Just take out the sim card and power on the phone.
2)Then enter this code into the keypad *2767*3855#.
3)Once you have typed the code into the d600, it will reboot and restart.
4)Once thats done, its unlocked to all networks for free!
Well i've tried your solution but it's still ask a code to unlock the network lock ...
