How To Set a Subsonic Filter On a Car Amplifier

Setting a subsonic filter on a car amplifier is vital because it prevents the car amplifier to send unwanted frequencies to your car subwoofer that it can't even produce, which can cause some serious damage to the subwoofer voice coil and spider.

Instruction on how to set a subsonic filter on a car amplifier:

1)Get access to your car amplifier and locate were the subsonic filter switch is and turn it on.

2)Once the subsonic filter is activated, locate the adjustable screw or knob that controls the subsonic filter frequency.

3)Now adjust the subsonic filter to 20Hz because no human can hear below that frequency.
