How To Connect a Freeview Set Top Box To a TV

The digital switch over has been taken place in the United Kingdom, this means that you will no longer receive the basic 5 channels that you were getting. This is because all the transmitters of them 5 channels have been permanently shut down because of Freeview and Freesat. Freeview offers a more variety of channels, such as Flim 4, additional news channels, cartoon channels for the kids and digital radio stations, without you having to pay a channel subscription, like you do with Sky. For a full list of all the channels, it would be best for you do visit the official Freeview website because they are always adding more. Also you will gain better picture quality with a Freview set top box because the video signal is provided to the TV using scart, this also means better sound quality.
