If you want to reset your Nokia n91 to factory settings, this can be done by using a soft reset code that Nokia has created.
This will not remove any passwords or security codes!
Instructions on how to soft Reset a Nokia n91 mobile phone:
1)Make sure the battery has at least 10% battery life remaining on it, if the battery is completely dead and the Nokia n91 will not power, leave it on charge.
2)Once the Nokia n91 has sufficient battery life, with a sim card inserted into it, power on the mobile phone, by pressing the power button.
3)Wait for the mobile phone to land onto the home screen menu, slide down the protective slide cover and enter the following reset code into the phone's keypad : *#7370#
4)Once you have entered that code, the screen will display a message that says "Restore all original phone settings? Phone will restart". Then select the "Yes" option.
5)The mobile phone will restart and will be restored to factory settings.
