1) Insert a sim card that the phone rejects.
2) Switch on the phone a message will appear 'Enter Unlock Code' or similar.
3) Quickly Remove the battery pack and reinsert it back into the phone.
4) Power on the phone quickly, holding the power button key and the # key simultaneously both at the same time.
5) Once switched on enter the following sequence of numbers into the dialer '7864985614'. Proceed by accepting the secret network reset code.
