1) Launch the gta vice city application that is installed onto your phone.

3) Inside display you will see draw distance and visual effects. These two options take a massive chunk out of the CPU and ram. Turning this down to both 50% will increase performance. Also turn of frame limiter so that you can achieve faster gameplay.
