1) Unplug all cables including charging or headphone leads.
2) Turn the volume knob so that the unit is powered on. You should see the blue LED light up.
3) Flip the amp over. You will see a small hole labeled as 'Reset'.
4) Find something to push in there such as small pin or paper clip. Hold it in for 5 seconds and release.
