How to wire 6x9 speakers correctly to a car amplifier

This guide will help you hook your 6x9 speakers to your car amp.

2)Once you have completed the installation of the car amp, get a soldering iron and some spare solder wire and your pair of 6x9 speakers.Now get your speaker wire and solder the speaker wire braid onto each 6x9 terminal on each speaker which is positive and negative.Make sure you don't get them the wrong way round, as you will loose sound quality.Soldering is the best method to making a secure connection because when you play your speakers loud at high volume the wires move and shake.Soldering the speaker wires to the 6x9 terminal will keep things much more secure then wrapping the wire around the terminal using insulating tape.
