How To Fix a Nokia C7 With a Not Working Speaker Problem

If your Nokia c7 loudspeaker has stopped working, below are the possible solutions on how you can fix this problem:

1)Hard reset your Nokia c7.

2)Update the firmware of your Nokia c7, to the latest firmware version. If there is no latest update available, then reinstall the same firmware onto the device.

3)If the above software solutions don't work, then you will have to dissemble your Nokia c7 apart and inspect the loudspeaker. Once you have located were the speaker is, check for any loose connections, if you spot a loose connection, correct it. If there is no loose connections, then order a brand new replacement loudspeaker and fit it in yourself, as the speaker that is already fitted in the Nokia c7 can be damaged.

If the earpiece speaker has stopped working, on your Nokia c7, then apply solutions 1, 2, and then apply 3, but this time instead of the loudspeaker,  inspect the earpiece speaker.
