How To Make a CD Player Work Without a New Fuse

To make your car CD player work and turn on, without replacing the blown fuse, simply get cut off the in line fuse holder. Once the fuse holder is removed from the red power wire, strip the insulation off the red power wire, using wire strippers. Once you have done that, switch off your car's engine, if its on and connect the red power wire to the appropriate wire that produces a constant 12 volts.

That's it, your car CD player will power on, without having to replace the blown fuse. This method i recommend to you should only be used as a temporary fix. The reason why i say this is because if your car CD player has a electrical short, your head unit will be blown. The reason why a fuse was fitted in line with the power wire, was to protect the car head unit from blowing up and getting damaged in the first place.
