How To Power a Computer Cooling Fan In a Car

If you are wanting to power your computer cooling fan inside your car, below are the instructions that explain how you can power the fan, using a cigarette lighter socket.

Instructions:

1)A computer cooling fan need a 12 volts and you can gain that amount of volts, from your car's cigarette lighter socket. All you need to buy or have is a cigarette lighter socket plug, with separate positive and negative wires.

2)Connect the cooling fan wires, negative to the negative on the cigarette light plug and positive connected to the positive on the cigarette plug as well. Once you have made these connections, using electrical insulation tape, tape the naked braids of the wires, this is so they don't touch each other and cause a electrical short.

3)Now insert the cigarette lighter plug, into the lighter socket and switch on your car's engine.

4)Hopefully the computer cooling fan is working.
