If you are gutted you have a lite on drive in your Xbox 360 because you need a ck3 probe to flash the firmware on the drive, you may not need it. Get access to the lite on drive inside the Xbox 360 and identify which model of the lite on drive you have inside the console. If the Xbox 360 has a 74850C lite on drive, you will need the Ck3 kit, or you could build your own? If the Xbox 360 has a 83850C lite on drive, you don't need to buy a ck3 kit to flash the firmware on that particular drive. If the Xbox 360 has a 93450C lite on drive, you will need to buy a ck3 kit and also cut and solder traces on the drives circuit board.
