If your TomTom 720 sat nav doesn't turn on because the battery is not charging, or the battery life is very poor because the battery is not holding charge and it is fully charged up, it is likely the battery pack inside the sat nav is faulty. So you will need order a replacement battery pack and then remove the old one and fit the new replacement battery pack. To do that you will need a appropriate size t5 torx screwdriver, this is to unscrew the screws.
