You have the option available if you need to delete and remove the PSN account associated on your PSP vita console. Your PSN account have all of your gamesaves and DLC content you have downloaded, as well as an online subscription with PlayStation Plus service if purchased. 1) Power on PSP vita console.
2) Go to 'Settings'.
3) Select 'Format' and 'Restore Vita System'.
4) Select the memory that contains your Sony Playstation network online account.
5) Then reboot and it will ask you to set up a new account.
