If the CD DVD drive is stuck inside your laptop, you can't swap out the discs. This can sometimes happen if a CD was not inserted properly or the button got jammed in. Either way you will need to open the stuck CD DVD drive on your laptop at some point. Most HP and Dell laptops contain a manual eject system, so you will need a small object such a paper clip to do the job.
1) Locate the disc drive on your laptop.
2) Look for a small circular shaped hole near the front of the CD drive.
3) Insert the object and push all the way down until it clicks and ejects the tray out.
