The psp console is a fingerprint magnet because of the glossy faceplate, especially the black colour. Once the fingerprints are on the faceplate it looks dirty, but you can remove them by cleaning the faceplate every so often.
Instruction on how to remove fingerprints smudges from the psp screen lens:
1)Get hold of a special cleaning cloth made for cleaning glossy surfaces. Make sure the cloth is lint free or else your psp will get dusty. Don't use kitchen or toilet paper because that will scratch your psp faceplate!
2)Get your psp and using you cleaning cloth, gently clean the psp screen upwards and downwards. Make sure you don't clean your psp in a circular motion because you will make faint scratches.
3)Once you have noticed the fingerprints have are removed, stop clean the psp screen.
