How to factory reset a Nokia X6 using a reset code

Resetting your Nokia x6 to factory setting is easy, the instructions are below:

Note: This will not hard reset your phone, just restore it back to factory settings.

1)Power on your x6 and select the main menu.

2)Once you have selected the main menu, go to settings, phone management and select factory settings.

3)Once you have selected factory settings, it will ask for a security password to confirm the factory reset to continue. Usually entering the default lock code: 12345, will work unless you have changed it.

4)That is it! The phone will restart and restore all the settings back to factory settings.
