You can keep buying the that car for free and sell it on, repeating this process with allow you to make tuns of cash, without having to complete career.
Specific instruction on how you can apply the trick:
1)Go to career mode.
2)You will need to enter a cheat in the code entry option, so you can unlock the Acura Integra.
3)In the code entry option enter 'unlockallthings'.
4)Once entered it will the game will confirm that that code is been accepted.
5)Go to the car lot and purchase the Acura Integra for free.
6)Go to the garage and sell it for 7200.
7)You should have 7200 in your money balance in the game. To gain more money, simply repeat steps 5-6.
