1) Look at the top right side next to the 3.5mm earphone socket shown in the illustration above. You will see a small hole labeled as 'RESET'.
2) Get a small object that can fit into it such as the end of a paper clip.
3) Push down the object directly onto the button and hold it down for 10 seconds.
4) Reconnect mains or usb charger and reattempt to switch on.
