If for whatever reason you want to make your Nokia vibrate constantly it is possible. This can possibly be used for testing the vibration motor to see if it can keep up with consistency or if you want your phone to vibrate all the time when its ringing.
1) Go into 'Settings'
2) Select your 'Profile' you want to add the feature to.
3) Go down onto the list and select 'Vibration' and set it to 'Constant' while ringing mode.
