In this post i will show you how to fix the Nokia 6280 and Nokia 6288 restriction code problem this works for the 3 and o2 network.Just to also let you know that there is no need for any software needed to remove the restriction placed on the phone.This method should work on most handsets but it does depend on which firmware version you are running.
1)Remove the battery cover and remove the sim card.Power on the mobile without the sim card inserted in.
2)When the mobile phone is still powered on remove the back battery lid again and take out the battery.3)Finally put the sim card back in the holder,but back on the battery cover and hold the power button on until the mobile phone does turn on.
