How to feel bass vibrations from car a subwoofer

A Subwoofer is necessary, if you want to add more bass into your car. But if you planning to use your subs especially so you can feel the bass pounding on your chest, below are a few tips to help you make that happen:)

1)Design a ported car subwoofer enclosure, for the car subwoofer you want to transform into a ground pounder  that is tuned to because 30 Hz is  a bass frequency that can be felt, rather than heard. Tuning below 35 h is more vibration then sound pressure level, going above 40 Hz will make your subwoofer louder and it will increase sound pressure level, but will not hit the low bass as good as tuning the car subwoofer ported enclosure to 30 Hz. Don't tune your ported car subwoofer box below 30 Hz, to something like 20 Hz because most music can't play below that certain frequency, only movies can, unless you want a vibrator in your car, that you can't really hear.

2)Face your car subwoofer towards the front of the car. Where ever you want to feel bass vibration hitting your chest and body, face the subwoofer in the directing you want to feel the bass. For example, if you want to feel the bass on your back, position the subs pointing towards the drivers seat.

3)Make sure you get a car subwoofer with a cone that has a large surface area. I recommend buying a subwoofer that is 15 inch, or 18 inch, if you can fit a large subwoofer in your car, or above, to achieve low and deep sounding bass. The more cone area a sub has, the more air it will move around you, so more cone area equals more vibration. Square car subwoofers produce more bass vibration then round subs and are the best if you want your trunk to flex, that's if a circle subwoofer is compared with square subwoofer and both of them 12 inch. This is because the square shape of the subwoofer has more cone area. Square car subwoofers are the latest design, but they can't produce great sound quality a circle sub, which sucks.

4)The more car subwoofers you have, the more vibration you will feel because two or three subs can push more air pressure out then from just one woofer. So increase the amount of subs you have will help towards bigger bass vibration.
