How To Cancel a Xbox Live Membership

If you have a Xbox live membership remaining on your Xbox live account, you can cancel the membership if you want to. To cancel the Xbox live membership on your Xbox live account, there are two ways which are:

First Method:

1)Going to Xbox.com and logging into the Xbox live service, your password and email is required.

2)Once logged into Xbox live, select 'Xbox' and select 'manage profile'.

3)Once you have selected 'manage profile', select 'billing and contact Information' and select 'cancel my account'. Once you have canceled your Xbox live account, it will no longer exist on their database, therefore your Xbox live membership is canceled during this process.

Second Method:

If you prefer to cancel the account without having to use the computer with Internet access, call the Xbox 360 helpline on (800) 4MY-XBOX (469-9269). Depending on your phone line tariff, calling the Xbox 360 helping can be expensive, but it is your choice which method you decide to use to cancel your Xbox 360 membership.
