If you have positioned your PS3 console standing up rather than laying flat, you also will need to adjust the Sony PS logo on the front to make it complete. Some people don't tend to move it because they assume its going to break off or you need to open it up and glue it down in a different position. Well actually its very simple and doesn't involve anything like that at all.
1) Switch off the console to prevent the game disc getting scratched while handling the unit.
2) Hold the console firmly with one hand from the top to prevent it slipping.
3) Grip the PlayStation symbol and turn it clockwise until it clicks into the next position.
