How To Delete Primary User On PS4 Console

If you have purchased a used PS4 console and has the previous primary users PSN account stored, you can delete it off the storage permanently. Its easy to do and you don't need to take it back to the shop or need any kind of password for unlocking it.

1) Power on the console.

2) Go to 'Settings'.

3) Select 'Users'.

4) Find the account you want to remove then select 'Delete User'.
