If your lucky enough to earn an 3G version of the Sony PSP vita console, you can insert a pay as you sim card and use the internet from it. That way you don't need to be connected to a wireless network all the time. The bad thing is though, you can only play certain games online, but its still something cool to have onboard and you can go on the internet and watch YouTube Videos.
1) Remove the sim card tray from the side of the console.
2) Pull out the plastic tray holder.
3) Line up your sim card and place it in.
4) Push the holder back in.
5) If inserted correctly your console will display signal bars in the top corner of the screen. It will automatically pick up the carrier and configure the internet settings.
