Having a big subwoofer in your car allows you to hear more bass in your music. If you go fast around bends you might notice that the box is moving around in your car. This is uncontrollable during driving and its ideal to secure it down before it punches out of the glass window. There are a few ways that you can do this.
1) Using L brackets. Basically you fit these onto the box and drill them into the floor of the trunk. This is the most secure way but also involves alot more to fit.
2) Using strong Velcro. This can be used on small compact subwoofer boxes. This will allow the carpet on the box to stick with trunks carpet.
3) Using Straps. You can get a strap and run it across the middle securing it down into the corners of the trunk. This is the most easiest, but its also look unstealthy and not professional.
