Make sure you don't move the position of the Xbox 360 console, when the disc inside the console and it is spinning. If you move the console, when the disc is spinning, you will cause the disc to get deeply scratched,  around the middle, circle part of the disc. Once the disc is scratched, it's very hard to remove it from the surface of the disc, using toothpaste, unless you buy a DVD repair kit.
