How To Create a PS1 Memory Card On PSP Vita

Owning a PSP vita console allows you to play your favorite classics PS1 games, without actually owning a PlayStation 1 console. The PSP vita will make PSone games look much more color rich and run smoother. You can download PS1 games from the PSN store for a chargeable fee. They will then be downloaded onto the inserted memory card. You may want to save your progress made in certain PS1 games. The PSP vita uses virtual memory cards, just like the PS3 console, so no additional hardware is required. The PSP vita can create up to 2 virtual memory cards and each card can hold a maximum of 15 blocks of data.

1) Launch a PS1 game of your choice on your PSP vita.

2) Find 'Save' option in the games menu. Doing this will automatically create a PS1 virtual memory card on the PSP vita console.

3) Select a virtual memory card slot either: 1 or 2 by pressing the 'X' button.

4) It will now save the game data onto the virtual memory card.
