If you have forgot the lock code for your Nokia 5800 xpressmusic, then you will not be able to reset the device to factory settings, using the reset option in the menu. Although, this might be a problem, if you want to reset your mobile phone, there is a way around it. Before performing a reset on a Nokia 5800, make sure you make a back up of the important data that is stored onto the phone, using Nokia ovi suite, a computer and a use cable.
1)If your Nokia 5800 is tuned on, hold the power button and turn it off.
2)Once the mobile phone is powered off, hold the red button + green button + camera button, when powering up the Nokia 5800.
3)If you have carried out step 2 correctly, your Nokia 5800 will be reset to factory settings.
