Well you can't exactly get more louder bass from laptop built in speakers. This is because laptop speakers don't have a large cone area because the speaker itself has to be light weight and compact to fit inside a small laptop. Still you can try to increase the amount of bass by trying some of following solutions i have in mind.
1)Go to control panel and select, "sound, speech and audio devices". Once you have selected that option usually you will come with your sound card's equalizer menu. Basically what a equalizer is letting you in control of which sound frequencies you want to hear. Most equalizer have the options to adjust bass, mid-range and bass sounds. Now what you can try is to increase bass by increase the bass control slider to a higher level. The more higher you move the slider the more db level, the more louder that particular frequency will get.

2)As well tweaking the equalizer settings you should also make sure the master volume is set to its maximum level. I know it sounds like a obvious thing to do and check but sometimes in fact people forget about it. To get access to the master volume control you simply go to control panel again and select, " adjust the system volume". Once you have selected that you will now what is in the image below:
If your still not satisfied with the amount of bass from you laptop speakers then i suggest you buy a computer subwoofer. This is because a subwoofer is a type of speaker that is pacifically designed to produce hard hitting bass because it has a larger cone area.
