If you have dropped your Android based tablet and the screen has gone white, blank or has faint lines on it, you might have damaged the screen from impact. Look closely at the screen for any cracks in the actual glass, if you can't see none the screen might have been saved from being damaged. The first thing to fix a dropped Android tablet is to try a quick restart, you can't reset an Android device because there is a option that you need to select on the screen.
1) Connect the USB charger into the mains and
connect it into your tablet.
2) Allow the tablet to charge for 10 minutes flat.
Don’t use the tablet while plugged in.
3) Press down the power button for 30 seconds
without letting go.
If this doesn’t work, then in most cases what you need to do is check the screen connections. Open your tablet up, there will be a brown colour flex ribbon cable connecting the screen to the board. This can become loose if you have dropped your tablet, so the best thing to do is unplug it and plug it back in. If that doesn’t work, then in most cases the screen will need replacing. Check the repair price is because sometimes with electronics its cheaper to buy a whole new tablet instead.
