How To Fix Speakers on Samsung TV Not Working / No Sound

If you are getting no sound output from your Samsung smart TV speakers the settings usually need changing slightly. There is a setting in the sound menu that controls were the sound is directed, chances are it is probably setup to external speakers. This will then stop the sound coming out of your Samsung TV because it thinks you have got a surround sound system connected to it. Here is the quick fix for getting sound back from your Samsung smart TV.

1) Press the 'Menu' button your remote control.

2) Once you have done that select 'Sound'.

3) Select the other option called 'Speaker Settings' > 'Speaker Select'.

4) It will allow you to go through a few different options because you want your sound to come from the TV speakers built into your Samsung smart television, make sure 'TV Speaker' is selected.

Now that you have made the change to the sound setting, you should be getting sound back on your Samsung TV.
