How To Remove Stuck Broken Headphone Jack In PSP

If you have managed to break the plug part of your headphones and its stuck inside the PSP, it will always be in headphone mode and will not play any sound out from the built in speakers. You also can't connect new earphones into the console either. You will need to remove the stuck plug inside the headphone jack before you can do anything.

1) Get a toothpick and see if you can insert it into the hole and push it out.

2) If that doesn't work, you can use a football or bike Tyre bump to suck it out. This usually works if you have got a powerful pump and the object stuck is small.

3) If the above didn't work, then you will need to fit a new headphone socket. You will require a soldering iron to unsolder and fit the new part.
