)Get access to you car and open up your trunk lid.If there is any mess in your trunk that takes space up you need for you sub box then clean the clutter out.
)Get your subwoofer enclosure also know as a bass box or sub box and place it into your trunk. Most people face them towards the rear of the car as this makes the bass notes bounce back especially with vented/ported designs.Never face your subs upwards or facing towards the back seat as your subs will not perform at there best.

)If you have already wired up and installed your car amp speaker wires then unscrew the two terminals in the terminal cup that are usually placed at the back of your sub box.
If you have not already setup your car amplifier then buy a wiring kit from a car audio supplier and carry out a car amp installation.Or buy some cheap speaker wire from Ebay and get hold of some wire strippers are stip of 2.7 cm's of insulating off each end of the speaker, power and grounding wire. Then all is left is to buy some good quality rca leads to send a input signal to your amp.
)Insert the wires - and + correctly according to the colours on the terminals on the terminal cup and speaker wires and screw the terminals back up nice and tight.
)Make sure that the speaker wires and nicely secured in each terminal. This is so they don't slip or come loose when playing loud hard hitting bass.
