How to fix a Nokia n97 camera thats not working

The Nokia n97 has a excellent 5.0 megapixel camera that can take brilliant photos and video. But there are some common problems with it, such as the camera flash doesn't work or the camera hangs a white screen, when you open the camera application. Don't worry because i had these problems on my own Nokia n97 and i fixed it using the solutions below:

1)Try hard resetting the device. What hard resetting will do is reset the camera configurations to factory default, which should get your camera working again.

2)Update your Nokia n97 firmware to version V30 or above. If there is no latest update available for your product code, you can reinstall the same firmware again.

3)If solutions 1 and 2 didn't work, then the last resort is to dissemble your n97 and replace the camera with a another camera, from either a second hand n97 or order a brand new camera of Ebay.
