A computer fan is used in computing to allow electrical hardware components to run at optimal operating temperature. They are a cheaper alternative to water cooling and look cool in your gaming computer. If you notice that they are running more noisy than usual and your computer tends to overheat more quickly, you may to clean the computer fan. Most people would use a compressed air can to blast out the dust, but as an alternative you can use a vacuum cleaner.
1) Switch off the computer.
2) Unscrew the computer fan from case to make it easier to perform the clean.
3) Use a paint brush and wipe off any large particles.
4) Switch on your hoover and use the plastic nozzle to suck up all dust and dirt on the housing.
5) Refit hardware and reconnect.
