There are many owners including myself that faced a white screen of death on thew Nokia n97 mobile phone. Its a really shame and causes many owners to face problems because they can't see anything on the screen. Don't worry though, because i have all the possible solutions you can try to fix it below:
1)Try resetting the phone back to factory settings.
2)Try hard resetting your n97.
3)Try updating to the latest firmware version because there was a bug in older version 20 that caused the white screen of death to occur.
4)If your phone does not boot up, flash the phone's firmware with JAF in dead usb mode.
5)Replace the LCD screen.
6)Replace the flex cable.
