If your lawn mower is having problems starting up you perhaps may need to clean the Honda Carburetor. If this becomes clogged there will be difficulty turning the fuel into vapor and providing it directly to the engine. Its worth attempting to clean it to start up your lawn mower this winter.
1) There will be a air box cover on the engine. What you want to do is unclip it and remove the top part.
2) Now remove the air filter base. This will require you in most cases to use a socket wrench.
3) Disconnect the fuel line from the carburetor and remove the fuel linkage.
4) Get a special carburetor cleaning solution spraying an even amount onto it.
5) Using a toothbrush give all areas a good clean followed by replacing it back onto the engine.
