How To Fix a MP3 Player Thats Not Connecting To a PC

If your mp3 player is not connecting and is not recognized by your PC, then below are the solutions, to help resolve this problem:

Solution 1:

Disconnect the mp3 player, from your computer, this is by removing the usb cable from the usb port. Wait for 30 second, then reconnect the mp3 player to your computer, by connecting the usb cable to the usb port.

Solution 2:

Restart your computer.

Solution 3:

Plug the usb cable into a different usb port, on your computer.

Solution 4:

*Using your mouse, right click on the My Computer desktop icon and select the Manage.

*Once you have selected Manage, go to Device manager.

*Look for the mp3 player, it will be called a removable dive, and if it does have a yellow circle with a black coloured exclamation mark next to it, right click on it and select the properties option and go to the driver tab and click uninstall.

*Once you have done that, reconnect your mp3 to your computer, using the appropriate usb cable and hopefully your mp3 player will be recognized by your PC.
