If you have followed the installation instructions correctly and your car stereo is not working and there is no power, its most likely a blown fuse. If you touched two wires accidentally together while fitting or pushing the bunch of wires into the din slot quickly, the fuse is most likely going to blow out. There are two fuse locations. One on the actual radio and the other inside the cars fuse holder panel that provides 12 volts to the radio. If replacing either of them doesn't work, you need to check to see if the radio is receiving power using a multi meter to check the voltage read out.
For the car / truck
1) Find the fuse location for your cars electrics. It will either be near the engine, under the glove box or steering wheel. Refer to the user handbook for your vehicle to find the fuse that protects the stereo.
2) Pull it out and check if its blown.
3) If you see the middle metal wire snapped in half you will need to replace it will the same amps.
For the headunit
1) Remove cd player from dashboard din slot.
2) The fuse holder location is either on the back of the radio or attached to the red power wire.
3) Again check fuse to see if its blown. If it is replace with same amps.
