How To Connect and System Link an Xbox 360 console

When you system link a Xbox 360 console to another Xbox 360 console, you can play multi-players games with your friends. System link allows two players to play against each other without having to play it on a split screen display, which can get annoying.

Instruction on how to system a link an Xbox 360:

1)Before system linking both consoles together, make sure that the game you want to play with your friend   supports the system link feature, as some games don't support it.

2)If your consoles are powered on, turn them off and simply remove all the cables that are connected into the back of the consoles.

3)Once you have done that, connect each Xbox 360 to a individual television.

4)Now connect a Ethernet cable into Ethernet port on the first console and connect the other end of the Ethernet cable into the Ethernet port on the second Xbox 360 console.

5)If you have followed the instructions correctly, you can reinsert the cables you removed in step 2, power both consoles on and you can start playing together immediately.
